Human Rights & Consumer Protection Cell (HRCPC) Trust – Hyderabad.

Two Decades of Public Awareness, Community Support & Rights-Based Education

For nearly twenty years, the Human Rights & Consumer Protection Cell (HRCPC) Trust, Hyderabad, has worked as a public-spirited, non-profit organisation dedicated to Human Rights Awareness, Consumer Protection Education, Environmental Welfare, Awareness on Prevention of Corruption, and RTI Capacity-Building.

Founded by Thakur Rajkumar Singh, M.A. (Osmania University)—an educationist and long-standing social activist—the Trust operates with a clear mission:

Empower citizens through knowledge, strengthen public accountability, and support community welfare through awareness-based initiatives.

The Trust is not a law firm and does not provide professional legal services or legal representation. All its activities are rooted in education, research, rights literacy, and public-interest advocacy.

Who We Are: A Community-Centric, Non-Profit Initiative

HRCPC Trust functions as a platform for citizens to understand their rights, navigate public systems, and participate meaningfully in governance. The Trust offers:

Education on Consumer Rights, Transparency Tools, and Environmental Responsibilities

Research-based documentation to support Public Accountability

Legal professionals associated with the Trust participate voluntarily, strictly in a social-service capacity, in compliance with the Advocates Act and Bar Council of India Rules.
